I'm not against a category for signifying that a quality influences the results of a branch. But do notice that this can take different forms. Your two examples impact a challenge's difficulty, while the Restored to Court quality impacts material results of the action.
For now, I've updated all storylets and branches at Court for creating works. Please take a look and let me know if it makes sense they way it is now.
(what remains is to add similar notes for all storylets which increase Inspired at court, since they are also duplicated yet identical).
