Yeah, I've noticed those. We'll just have to be careful (and another reason why this is tough to automate).
I wonder if we should move those to "Storyline" in some way. Or possibly add an optional param to {{Quality}} and/or {{Stories}} to avoid their categorization under Category:Qualities without Category.
