The Committee permits you to break a Pact of Glass... but only if you shed an alarming quantity of blood.
Game Instructions: This will cause you seven Wounds, and alert your former Pact partner.

You have broken the Pact of Glass with [Friend]!
Your friend will receive:
[Friend] has broken their Pact of Glass with you! This has cost them seven Wounds, but they may now attack you freely again. The reverse, of course, is also true.
