Per patch notes:
The expeditions in the Forgotten Quarter that cost Fate can now be repeated once bought, for lesser rewards.
I just received <a href="/wiki/A_long-ago_burglar%3F" title="A long-ago burglar?">A long-ago burglar?</a> from the Gallery of Serpents. This had a UP value of 128, lower than the stated min in this guide of 160. I have also received <a href="/wiki/Lovers%3F" title="Lovers?">Lovers?</a> from the Gallery, and <a href="/wiki/What_is_this%3F" title="What is this?">What is this?</a> twice from two runs of Uttermost Winds. All of these rewards are within the expected range of both expeditions.
The bottom of the range for the Gallery of Serpents has definitely been reduced, but there's insufficient data at this point to determine whether the top has also been reduced or not. The data is consistent with both top & bottom being dropped by 40 levels, but not definitive. I intend to keep running the Gallery a few more times, to see whether it's a viable source of Tears or not.
