From some crowdsourced math, the rewards for recon seem to be as follow
Sightings are awarded when reaching distance 30, 55, 80, 105
Upon ending a flight, distance is converted into Surveys of the Neath's Roof using [Base Watchful]*0.1 as a multiplier
Service is then awarded at a rate of 10 per point of Surveys, and 1250 per Sighting.
