My approach:

• All directly Bazaar-priced items were counted as such;
• Assemble a Tasting Flight of Targeted Toxins assessment:
  • Holy Sanguinarine & Discriminating Aconite were not deemed as necessitating an extra action to the total;
  • Distillation of Retribution & Salve of Righteousness were deemed as necessitating an extra action to the total;
  • One action was deemed necessary to the total for the creation of the Tasting Flight;
• Hellworm Milk turned to Cheese as Bazaar-priced, Concentrate of Self, Flask of Waswood Wellspring Water & Oil of Companionship were deemed as necessitating an extra action each;
• A Taste of the Garden necessitating 10 extra actions;
• Starved Expression & Sample of Roof-Drip were deemed as necessitating an extra to travel upwards;

Addendum:

• • This is not a perfect analysis, however, it is a close approximation;
  • As I understood, the Crackling Trade is all but dead, and its resurrection will take a long while, henceforth, Airag at 62.5 <link rel="mw-deduplicated-inline-style" href="mw-data:TemplateStyles:r1245547"/><a href="/wiki/Penny" title="Penny"><img alt="E" src="/w/images/6/68/Icon-echo-black.svg" width="23" height="15" class="flw-echo" /></a> ;
