It's a Dangerous challenge with a difficulty I'm not sure of, but at exactly 138 it was 92%, 135 it's 90%, , at 133 it was 88%. (Unsure if broad or narrow, but seems to change even at 1 lvl of differences). I don't know what the border for 100% is, because I don't have enough level reducing gear to be sure when I was hitting 100
Success gives the following dialogue
