The "Grinding" pages seem (understandably) limited to actions you can take indefinitely for a few thousand of something. If you want to stockpile goods in general, most grinds are inferior to some unreliable source. For example, all grinds for Bottles of 1879 are inferior to buying them outright, but Mr. Wines is Having a Sale! is a 4EPA way to get them fast... when you draw it.

That said, some grinding entries do list Favourable Circumstances cards like Sommelier or other restricted sources. I think that makes sense when they're strongly superior or the only better-than-bazaar source. But I don't know if 125 vs 210 is enough to warrant that.
