Forum:Connection gain/loss categories
At the moment, connection gain/loss categories exist in two variants: Category:Faction_Gain/Loss and Category:Connected:_Faction_Gain/Loss, for example: Category:Bohemian_Gain and Category:Connected:_Bohemian_Gain. Categories with shorter names seem to have very few pages in them. Can categories of these two types be merged somehow, or could someone make a bot to move all pages from categories with shorter names to categories with longer names? Yeah, I'm really sorry about that. There's a huge infrastructure change happening right now (or, well, would be if I had the time … I started it and then work got super busy so now it's … not really happening ._.) and one of the several problems coming with that are duplicated categories all over the place.
Similar issues, by the way, are item losses that are no longer tagged as "Uses", and most Quality_Gain categories that used to be just Category:Quality.
I can't promise to have "my" huge project finished soon, so for now you may have to use the two versions alongside each other. Unfortunately it's not as easy as renaming categories internally :-( - and the pages that are left at this point often require a pair of human eyes to assist the bot that's been doing most of the work already.
I've added the short categories as subcategories of the longer ones. Hope that helps a bit.
