The Sometimes tab is at the top right of your screen
Pressing it will bring up a deck of cards. Press the deck of cards to draw a hand of three cards. You will then be able to play the stories on these cards, and draw more cards by pressing on the deck again. [This] is how you progress the Flash Lay!
