Alternative Cost

These lodgings can also be bought for less via the Hell faction card for 500 x Brilliant Soul, 100 x Muscaria Brandy, and 1 x Brass Ring (worth 512.5). However, this alternative requires that you have Renown: Hell 20, which greatly offsets the lesser cost. A solution to this problem for those who have started the GHR and have a Mutersalt is to purchase Virginia's Spa at Ealing Gardens and use the "Offer to design a treatment: a steam-bath of Mutersalt Vapours" option in order to farm up the Brilliant Souls and the odd Favours: Hell to make things a bit easier.
