Wiki note: Equipping the Modish Bonnet with zero base Scandal will increase your base Scandal to 1. Unequipping the Modish Bonnet will not reduce your base Scandal. Only Scandal Loss can reduce the permanent Scandal increase. The permanent and the temporary Scandal increases are cumulative.
