Used for when an Action results in a decrease in the value or quantity of the linked Quality or Item page. This usually means decreasing the inventory quantity of an item, the level of a discrete quality, or a drop in Change Points for a pyramidal quantity. It occasionally refers to setting to a specific value, if that value is known to usually or always be a decrease. This property also applies to results that wipe or reset a quality, or entirely remove an item from the character's inventory.
