This guide explains how to obtain the items from [[The Unsanctioned Relicker]] in [[The Medusa's Head]], and the best grinding strategies.
==Unlocking the Unsanctioned Relicker==
First, you will need to unlock the Medusa's head. To do so, you must increase [[A Name Scrawled in Blood]]. For details, see [[Making Your Name (Guide)]]. You will also need all 4 main stats at 25. This should be fairly easy to achieve, but if you really need this fast, see [[Leveling_(Guide)#Early-game_leveling_(5–100)|Leveling_(Guide)]].
