Made of leather. Closed shut with a rusted padlock. Someone has written 'IF YOU NEED IT – F' on it, crudely, with white paint.

The padlock is corroded, and offers no resistance to opening the suitcase. Inside is an old-fashioned derringer (rusted to uselessness), a few black candles, and a pristine-looking contraption made of brass gears engraved with burning sigils.
