This storyline has been removed from the new introductory tutorial. What a shame! It's quite interesting, but I guess the FL team decided it was best to move you to Fallen London proper as soon as possible.
You are given "Preparing for a Daring Escape" as a Story Quality at 1 during the first few pages of the game and then it mysteriously jumps to 4 after a few more pages. There's no literal notification of this happening, either.
