Downside is that one part of this grind can only be done when you can sell Captivating Ballads at the The Rat Market (Guide), and with the new Rat Market Saturation, there's only so many Ballads you can sell before it stops making sense to. Still, this grind is long and complex enough that even if you use 100 Actions a day, you could use about 70% of all of those actions over the course of all the Rat Market seasons on just this grind while staying above 9.7 SPA.

Overview

1. Gain Hinterland Prosperity and use it to create Captivating Ballads as described in The City of the Tracklayers (Guide)
2. Sell those at the Rat Market
3. As Described in Digging in the Hurlers (Guide), buy Maniac's Prayer, upconvert to Correspondence Plaque, and use those to dig in the Hurlers

Setup

To make this worth it, you'll need to do a good amount of setup that, realistically, you'd need to do for most good SPA grinds anyways (unless you're a licentiate, in which case you likely have little reason to do anything other than Hinterland Scrip-Making#Licentiate Bone Market grind)

Things to set up-

1. Raise Hinterland Efficiency to 300. Makes all actions to gain Hinterland Prosperity much much better. Costs either a lot of actions, or a mix of (fewer) actions, London Street Signs, and Khaganian Lightbulbs.
