Game Instructions: This will reset the story of your city to the point where it has just been founded, allowing you to put it in a new place with a new founding body. You will not need to replay the actual process of founding the city or acquiring the participants and ingredients for that process.
You will be able to make a fresh arrangement of Union factions and revise the currency given to the Creditor.
You will not lose your Worker in a Common Cause, your Hinterland Prosperity, or your progress in Scheme of A Phoenix, if you have developed these.
