Description summary:
A tracklayer tells a story about his daughter, who he left in London until the city was complete. Longing for her home and crush, she ran away back to London, but got lost along the way — and when she (or something wearing her face) finally arrived, she murdered her family and crush. Now she's returned to the city where the constables can't reach, and her father can't turn her out in case she really is his daughter. In return for the story, Parvus gives him the means to forget.
