This quality is given if you hit Wounds or Nightmares 8 at Hallow's Throat. That way, you get a cider option (or the ones by naturally hitting Wounds or Nightmares 9) that returns you to Hallows Throat, rather than your Lodgings. Otherwise, it's mechanically the exact same with Fall as without.)

Combined with underclay farming, it's probably quicker than laying down cellars in the Sidestreets, I'd imagine (but mind you, I haven't done the math).)

It only requires 1 more action to transform them. True, it takes 10 bones per amber fin, but they have 30 times the value. The one catch I can see is that it increases menace, which might increase the exhaustion.)
