- Thanks Achris! I do have a quick question- I've been tinkering with adding the charitable bundle items into the wiki, but having some trouble when it comes to including them in specific places...namely, sorting them according to the parameters listed by metasynthie here.
It's easy enough to add things to Curiosity via category, but what about adding fatelocked items/their prices to the Goods, Academic, and Luminosity pages? I assume it's ok as it only shows the item and the price, but how could I get, for example, the Element of Dawn to appear in the Economy: Luminosity table? It just won't seem to play nice in the editor :\
VetchKincaide (talk) 20:00, September 23, 2015 (UTC) - Hmm. First of all, sorry for my prolonged absence - I'm barely active these days due to basically having two full-time jobs. That's also why I completely missed this entire batch of new fate-locked items, so I had to do some research before being able to answer :)
As it stands, I'd treat them the same way as most other Fate-locked items:
* creating item detail pages is fine, but
* not linking sources or uses
(I would be fine with including sales price in Echoes, though)
* adding them to the respective item categories, but
* not showing them in the main category economy tables (mostly because they aren't available from any place that doesn't cost Fate to access)
That last point isn't so much about the item being Fate-locked per se, but imagine as a relatively new player browsing those tables and getting the impression they're both important pieces of the FL ecosystem (which I gather they aren't right now) in addition to wondering how they are obtained.
I might well have missed one or several important points, please feel free to point those out! Sorry I can't be of more help right here, right now, but perhaps someday things will look more relaxed on my end … :-)
