For things like Venture Challenge Level (or Zailing Difficulty), once we categorize the actions using them, they'll appear in the quality page as "usages".

Or, if we decide these should be categorized differently, it won't be difficult to update the {{Quality}} template to search for those as well. All relevant pages would be updated automatically.
