The Court of the Wakeful Eye: Powergamers Choice

• Join the Minister of Enigmas for teatime the gold standard, 20 actions per enigma (3.125 EPA). Can also be used to convert Echoes to Enigmas at acceptable rates. Takes quite an investment to unlock, high fixed costs (Zailing)

Khaganian Intrigue (Guide) (see also Khaganian_Intrigue_(Guide)/Opportunity_cycles)

• A Disgruntled Academic will need to spend 10 actions on average for correct Airs
• Buy out the Bookseller's inventory and cast it into the Zee part of a cycle which yields only 25% of its rewards in enigmas
• Observe without interfering part of a cycle which gives out 33% of its rewards in enigmas
