It is recommended to avoid holding on to this item for longer than needed, as it unlocks non-discardable cards (
Forgotten Wisdoms, 
Forgotten Sleights, 
Forgotten Strengths, 
Forgotten Glamours) which each decrease one your main attributes by -50 CP. The cards will be automatically discarded if you either lose the skull, or 
do not meet the stat requirement
